Your responsibilities

• Lead and manage the LNG trading desk, including strategy development and day to day trading activities, with a strong focus on short term markets (year +1);
• Identify market opportunities and execute profitable trading strategies;
• Oversee and optimize the utilization of regasification terminals across Europe;
• Proactively develop, strengthen, and expand relationships with LNG trading counterparties;
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key market participants;
• Ensure traded volumes remain within approved risk limits while delivering profitable outcomes for the company;
• Promote a strong understanding of, and adherence to, all relevant Risk and Compliance policies as well as the company’s Code of Conduct;
• Lead an international team of highly skilled LNG Traders and Support Managers;
• Develop, empower, and mentor team members to support their professional growth and performance.

Your profile

• Strong leadership and decision making skills;
• At least 5 years of experience in LNG trading and origination;
• An understanding of the supply & demand fundamentals of LNG markets;
• Commercial thinking (spot opportunities and take risks with the aim to create value);
• Team Player with excellent communication and negotiation skills and highly analytical mindset.
