  • Provide data, analysis, and subject matter expertise to support external disclosures and reporting requirements, including CSRD, CDP, and TCFD.
  • Support selected decarbonization initiatives and pilots that strengthen the company's climate performance and capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Procurement to ensure supplier-related climate initiatives support the company's overall climate ambitions and targets.
  • Contribute to the continued development and maturity of Coloplast's climate agenda through ongoing process, methodology, and capability improvements.

You are comfortable working across functions such as Procurement, EHS, Finance, and Operations to drive alignment and deliver results. Combining strong analytical skills with sound business judgement, you can translate complex emissions and sustainability data into actionable insights that support decision-making and advance the company's climate agenda.

To succeed in this role, you

  • Have strong expertise in the GHG Protocol, including hands-on experience with Scope 1, 2, and 3 accounting methodologies, emissions calculations, and inventory management.
  • Have proven experience establishing, maintaining, and continuously improving carbon accounting processes, data collection methodologies, and data quality controls in a structured and scalable way.

  • Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex emissions data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Have solid project management and organizational skills, combined with a pragmatic and execution-oriented approach to delivering results.
  • Are skilled at building relationships and influencing stakeholders across functions such as Procurement, EHS, Finance, and Operations.
  • Are fluent in English and possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
