We are looking for a motivated and proactive professional for the position of Marketing Expert to support the development and execution of the company’s marketing and communication activities, while growing together with us.

As a Marketing Expert, you will be responsible for:

• Planning and executing the company’s PR and marketing communications, including media relations, preparation of press releases, interviews, publications, and public appearances.
• Developing content and initiatives that present the company’s values, projects, achievements, and culture.
• Organizing internal and external events - company parties, team buildings, client and partner events, conferences, participation in exhibitions, and other special initiatives.
• Coordinating the overall process for events and campaigns - from concept and budget to execution and follow-up communication.
• Actively communicating with an external social media agency - coordinating content, campaigns, posts, visual materials, and communication messages to ensure they are aligned with the corporate identity and business objectives of the company.
• Maintaining the company’s presence across social media channels - LinkedIn, Facebook, as well as the corporate website.
• Ensuring timely internal communication through internal newsletters and channels.
• Managing relationships with suppliers and subcontractors in relation to advertising and marketing campaigns.

To do this as a professional, you should meet the following requirements:

• University degree in Economics, Marketing, Public Relations, or another relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, PR communications, and/or internal communications.
• Experience in working with media, organizing events, and managing external partners will be considered a strong advantage.
• Excellent writing skills, with a strong sense of content and message delivery.
• Skills in organizing events, team buildings, and corporate initiatives.
• Good understanding of corporate image, brand positioning, and internal communications.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creativity and proactivity.
• Excellent command of MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Excellent command of English.
