Your tasks

• Deliver complex Energy Asset or Corporate Business Development projects including coordination of cross‑functional teams.
• Evaluate and quantify key value opportunities, risks, and scenarios.
• Secure clear project mandate with Origination and Executive stakeholders.
• Build, coach, and steer multi‑functional teams for high‑quality outcomes.
• Develop strategic rationale and investment cases including supporting materials.
• Prepare Business Development decision gates including reviews, pre‑alignments, and governance steps.
• Build and manage relationships with internal functions and external advisors.
• Lead and/or coordinate negotiation of key transaction documents.
• Drive integration planning and post‑deal execution for value realization.
• Coach and develop Business Development team members and improve processes and governance.

Your profile

• Master’s degree or diploma in Commercial, Subsurface, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience in Business Development with a strong track record in energy and ideally upstream.
• Proven experience in managing highly complex Business Development projects in international environments.
• Strong Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) analysis and negotiation skills combined with solid project team leadership experience.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills with ability to support strategic decision making.
• Flexible, resilient and team oriented, with an aptitude for leveraging our energy data sets and AI tools to improve project performance.
• Good understanding of upstream and ideally low‑carbon industry environments.
