Your tasks

• Drive our sustainability and circular economy agenda together with Sales, Procurement, Operations, and other functions;
• Support customer and supplier engagement, benchmarking and knowledge-sharing;
• Contribute to corporate CSRD reporting, including narrative/KPI disclosure and audit support;
• Drive digitalization and leverage AI to enhance ESG data management, reporting, analytics and stakeholder communication;
• Support and further develop sustainability ratings and assessments (e.g., CDP, EcoVadis) and collaborate with Corporate functions to continually improve delfort’s sustainability performance;
• Support the development and implementation of sustainability and circular economy initiatives and requirements.

Your skills

• Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field;
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in ESG/sustainability, ideally in an industrial environment;
• Strong knowledge of CSRD/ESRS and understanding of, greenhouse gas accounting (CCF/PCF) as well as Circular Economy topics;
• Experience in working in a cross-functional, matrix-based environment, with the ability to build relationships and drive initiatives across functions;
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for process optimization and AI-enabled solutions;
• Project management skills are an advantage;
• Hands-on, flexible and solution-oriented approach;
• Fluent in German and English with strong communication skills.
