Your tasks
- Leading complex strategic projects within the department and cross departments and businesses as part of the strategy implementation of OMV group;
- Drive the recurring strategy review efforts from initiation to SB approval in close cooperation with the business segments;
- Define, develop, and regularly manage the Group Strategic Portfolio to ensure OMV meets its strategic targets;
- Build and constantly update the opportunity pipeline for the Group, with targets above EUR 50 mn, for JV, M&A and divestment options and provide recommendations to the management;
- Coordinate PADEC for Energy, supporting the PADEC Chair in scheduling meetings and preparing recommendations;
- Support Group Strategy and business segments in mapping out the strategic objectives;
- Develop presentations and reports as appropriate for various stakeholders, including for EB and SB;
- Develop strategic analysis as requested by SVP strategy, CEO and CFO.
Your profile
- Master's degree in business management, finance, engineering or similiar;
- At least 15 years of professional experience, especially in management consulting or relevant industry experience, ideally in an international setting;
- Experience in project management, strategy development, portfolio management and financial analysis;
- Profound understanding of the process of setting-up a JV and/or the M&A process;
- Strong team-player as well as entrepreneurial attitude;
- Excellent communication, analytical and visualization skills;
- Fluency in English.
