The hydrogen engineer operates within the H2fM Europe organization and supports directly European sales team in UKI, SE, NC and CE regions, reporting to the Europe H2fM Product Manager.

As a Hydrogen Engineer, you will:

• Leads key initiatives to develop the company's strategy in various nascent market:
  • Maritime. Inland shipping. Construction and heavy duty material handling vehicles.
• Support the H2fM European commercial team reach its annual revenue and development targets by:
  • Provide Product guidance in opportunities development, tender/RFQ processes and marketing initiatives. Provide specific technical guidance in customer interactions. Support in internal bidding process to achieve winning proposals.
• Manage the portable & mobile fuellers fleet in Europe:
  • Help coordinate deployment with local engineering teams, operations teams and hydrogen supply chain. Develop and maintain commercial brochures/documentation with marketing teams. Interface with engineering & operations teams to ensure readiness of assets, technical documentation and trainings.

As a Hydrogen Engineer, you already are or have:

• Passion about Energy Transition and Sustainability.
• 6 -8 years of experience – experience of hydrogen technology & systems and mobility market a plus.
• Experience in product and/or project management.
• Strong communication & influencing skills.
• Commercial sensitivy and experience in customer, competitor and/or partner facing activities and appeal for developing technical solutions to customer application
• Preferred Master’s degree in chemical or mechanical engineering.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken, all other EU languages a plus.
• Business and financial acumen.
