Are you ready to power up your marketing career? We're seeking a passionate and talented Growth Marketing Manager to take our marketing team to new heights. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our mission of customer growth in the environmental commodities area, through LinkedIn campaigns, captivating events, engaging emails, and our website. Your efforts will fuel consistent growth at enmacc by generating and managing leads that keep our customers engaged.


  • Own end-to-end execution of marketing channels: LinkedIn, events, emails, and website, to generate leads and engage customers;
  • Lead online and offline events to ignite sales leads and expand existing accounts;
  • Plan and execute captivating webinars with a focus on scalable processes, content coordination, and tracking success;
  • Nurture leads and manage accounts through effective use of marketing channels and CRM tools;
  • Align on messaging and write compelling marketing content;
  • Track and manage the marketing budget for maximum impact, and measure the campaign’s impact on the revenue;
  • Ensure internal teams are informed about marketing activities through clear communication and timely briefings;
  • Collaborate with the account management team to create customer lifecycle programs that foster loyalty and trading success;
  • Engage and empower the sales team with upcoming campaign plans, enablement materials, and effective project management.


  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline;
  • Proven experience of five years or more in a dynamic B2B SaaS environment;
  • Experience with writing content in English;
  • Exceptional organisational and project management skills;
  • Proficiency with CRM, marketing automation and email marketing tools (e.g., Zoho or similar);
  • Fluency in English, and another European language is advantageous;
  • Autonomous and result-oriented self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset;
  • Enthusiasm for tackling challenges in a fast-paced setting and delivering exceptional outcomes;
  • Eagerness to adapt and go the extra mile to drive company success;
  • Ability to balance being hands-on and strategic in approach.
