Job Description Summary

Establish and enhance relationships at C-level and also operational level with defined accounts and partners through responsive resolution of issues and addressing customer needs. Customer facing staff responsible for winning business, impacts approaches, projects and programs in the functional area or affected business organization and ways of working.

Guided by commercial practices and policies that may be shaped by the role. Has significant control/influence over commercial priorities. Autonomy within the role to enter into/execute orders intake.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Within a geographic area responsible for selling product(s), services, parts, solutions, or projects
  • Develop influential relationship with leadership at the client, investors and partners
  • Uses judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems within projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, campaigns or customers
  • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience
  • Maintain an operating rhythm with ComOps, Technical leaders and support functions to identify challenges securing a winning solution for the clients
  • Obtain competitive intelligence and industry trends and provide input to product management and marketing
  • Coordinate and conduct leadership sessions to develop the C-Suite relationship between the companies and develop a better alignment at all levels of GE critical needs
  • Support marketing and product management effort to position GE products and influence competitiveness

Required Qualifications

  • Polish speaker
  • Fluent in English
  • This role requires significant experience in the Sales & Sales
  • This role requires significant experience in the Sales & Global and Key Accounts. Knowledge level is comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college

  • Confirmed Commercial experience in the energy industry. Minimum 5 y experience in an Electricity generation business. Wished Renewable experience
  • Technical experience in the electricity sector – Generation or transmission (high voltage)
  • Analytical person strongly focused on target. Independent position and countable on results
  • Very good interpersonal relationship skills
  • Wished skills on clients/suppliers’ negotiations
  • Commercial and strategic mindset
  • Effective communicator having possessed the ability to build trust and engage and interact at all levels
  • Aware of and reacting timely
  • Track record in driving organic growth, entering new market segments, and focusing the entire business around the customer
  • Team player and able to create relationships across groups and cultures
  • Successfully winning deals, growing revenue, and managing deal risks
