The Associate Director role will be part of our EIA team and will work closely with our technical discipline teams across the country to deliver a diverse array of projects. Applicants will have experience in Major Project EIA and have worked under both the DCO and Town and Country Planning regimes. Experience in the Energy and/or Water sectors is preferable, with knowledge of the transport and residential sectors also relevant.
You will play a critical role in ensuring our projects comply with all relevant environmental regulations and standards. Drawing from your expertise, you will identify potential environmental risks and propose effective mitigation measures to minimise potential environmental impacts of our clients’ projects. You will have a proven track record of managing, co-ordinating and leading EIA teams to deliver high quality assessments to time and to budget. Collaboration and communication are key to successful delivery of multi-disciplinary projects such as EIAs so we are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic, positive, diplomatic and articulate.
Associate Directors will be expected to lead projects as either Project Director or Project Manager as well as contribute to business development with a focus on EIA. At this level you will also be expected to provide guidance and mentoring to junior members of the team.
