Commercial Asset Manager to Focus on Our Swedish Portfolio of Renewable Energy

Your new role

As our new Commercial Asset Manager you will, together with your team, coordinate and handle all commercial aspects concerning operations and asset management of the projects primarily in Denmark and Sweden. You will assist in the further development of our asset management function and create solid long-term client relationships.

A typical day

• You will have full commercial responsibility for the solar PV and wind assets you handle;
• You will ensure good and trustful relationship with investors, local partners, utilities, PPA partners, landowners, etc. and close collaboration with internal stakeholders e.g., Group Finance, PPA team, and Project team;
• You will handle income and expense controlling for projects in operation;
• You will follow-up on financial budgets incl. deviation analysis and liquidity forecasts;
• You will handle contract negotiation and follow-up on contractual obligations (ratios, guarantees, warranties, etc.);
• Prerequisites to progress in the job;
• You have full professional proficiency in Swedish and Danish;
• You have a Master’s degree or similar within Finance or Economy;
• You have relevant work experience, for example as an Asset Manager, Business Controller, Financial Controller, or similar;
• You have a solid financial understanding;
• You are a superuser in Excel.
