As Head of Project Controlling, your responsibilities will include:

• to lead, develop, support and guide the project controlling team;
• commercial controlling of all development, EPC(M) and O&M projects and advise our project teams on project management and business issues;
• accountability for a continues project calculation (budget and forecast) including but not limited to progress and performance monitoring for all projects in the portfolio;
• drive all recurring cross functional key project review meeting and challenge the progress and performance;
• validate project costing, working capital, milestone payments and ensure on time delivery of status reports;
• setup an active risk management to ensure an early detection of budget / forecast deviations and to develop together with the project management mitigation actions;
• plan and monitor all milestone payments to ensure a reliable liquidity planning;
• support and guide subsidiaries, joint venture partners as well as special purpose vehicles worldwide in questions of the commercial and controlling handling of projects;
• designing and executing the transformation of project controlling in terms of efficient processes and systems;
• Cooperation with all other controlling functions like FP&A, Liquidity Planning, Investment Controlling as well as Governance, Risk and Compliance.

Your Profile:

• Bachelors/Master degree in Business Management and/or Finance;
• Project management certificate and experience in project management are a benefit;
• 10+ years’ experience in EPC(M), O&M project controlling;
• Ability to design and manage project controlling process across all entities;
• Excellent project management and analytical skills, with ability to adapt to shifting priorities;
• Integrated and holistic thinker with intercultural competences and open-mindset;
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities;
• Hands-on approach, with a ‘can-do’ attitude;
• Business fluency in English required, German and other languages would be advantageous.
