Your responsibilities
- You plan site investigation campaigns including but not limited to Geophysical and Geotechnical investigations for early stage development offshore wind farms;
- You identify, assess and select the site investigation consultants and contractors(Tender management);
- You supervise the site investigation, data processing and quality assurance for geophysical & geotechnical site investigation datasets;
- You lead preparation of technical specifications, schedules and scope of work for all relevant site surveys;
- You work closely with the technical and consent team to ensure that site investigations are scheduled in line with the project schedules;
- You develop and implement UXO mitigation strategy;
- You identify and manage interfaces with electrical systems design package, wind farm layout design package and foundation package among others for deliverables for design.
You contribute to our success if
- You have a degree in an Engineering discipline/Civil Engineering/Ground Engineering/Marine Sciences/Hydrographic surveying or similar;
- You have experience from the field of offshore wind industry, oil and gas industry or Marine Sciences;
- You have experience of geotechnical/geological analysis, geophysical survey and hydrographic surveying and relevant codes/standards;
- You have excellent communication skills;
- You are fluent in written and spoken English.
