Your responsibilities

• You will lead and establish the offshore wind business development at QEnergy;
• You drive growth and expansion of the offshore wind businesses in Europe with focus on the developer scope);
• You will elaborate and propose a strategy for Q Energy´s offshore wind business with a focus on project development in Europe;
• You will break down and execute the offshore wind business strategy to achieve the objectives across greenfield, auction and M&A opportunities;
• You will develop appropriate measures to add new projects to the pipeline and secure that existing development projects go through the stage gates from development to execution ready;
• You establish and manage the offshore wind project development organization to ensure operational excellence;
• You coordinate and support the QES geographies to develop required capabilities to successfully grow the offshore wind business in their country or in new countries;
• You report on a regular basis to the Steering group for the specific projects/tenders and you are expected to support CEO and management board on matters regarding offshore wind businesses in Europe i.e. decisions on investments into new offshore wind projects.

You contribute to our success if

• You have a proven record of accomplishment in renewables including the development and execution of strategy as well as managing tenders;
• You have experience with leading projects in an international joint venture setting;
• You have 10+ years of work experience within international organizations, preferably business development in the offshore wind sector;
• You have a transparent and inclusive leadership style and the ability to develop a collaborative atmosphere around your project;
• You speak fluent English and German.
