What you can expect

• Maintenance of the sustainability program of SENS GmbH as a basis for proving an ESG-Ready status for PV projects;
• Identification of improvement and adjustment measures on a procedural as well as legal level;
• Expansion and further development of the sustainability program of the international SENS Group;
• Development of a Business Continuity Plan (BCP) to manage business operations in the event of critical events;
• Maintenance, expansion and further development of the ESG risk management system;
• Coordination of measures:
  • Escalation instance for critical issues;
  • Identification of areas for action;
  • Prioritization of activities to maintain and expand the sustainability program.
• Training of colleagues on the relevance of ESG issues in their daily activities as well as on regulatory requirements and their implementation in the respective area;
• Close coordination of activities with the Total Quality Management department of SENS GmbH and the Compliance department of the Iqony Group;
• Coordination with the Supply Chain department in the handling of service providers and suppliers;
• Collaboration with the Supply Chain area in the further development of suppliers with regard to their sustainability management system;
• Participation and collaboration in industry initiatives to improve sustainability;
• Evaluation of the sustainability program to achieve its objectives.

What you bring with you

• Bachelor or Master of Science (B.Sc/M.Sc) degree with a focus on supply chain sustainability, supply chain due diligence, climate change and the associated, business transformation;
• Ideally, basic knowledge of project management, data analysis, business ethics, corporate social responsibility, and/or political science;
• High degree of personal responsibility and the ability to familiarize oneself with topics independently;
• Good didactic skills in training colleagues on the topic of sustainability;
• Great interest in helping to shape positive change in a company in the photovoltaic industry.
