Your responsibilities

Your tasks will focus on the following areas:

• Develop and implement an ESG strategy aligned with SFDR and EU Taxonomy requirements.
• Stay ahead of the latest developments in ESG regulations, guidelines, and best practices.
• Conduct comprehensive ESG assessments of investment opportunities and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate ESG factors into investment processes and risk assessments.
• Advise on the selection and integration of ESG data providers and tools.
• Monitor and report on ESG performance, providing regular updates to internal stakeholders.
• Support the development and delivery of ESG training programs for internal staff.
• Participate in industry forums and initiatives to drive knowledge sharing and influence the development of ESG standards.

As an ESG Manager - SFDR and EU Taxonomy expert, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sustainable investment initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and aligning our investment practices with recognized ESG standards. You will have a deep understanding of SFDR and EU Taxonomy regulations, along with the ability to interpret and apply them in practical ways within our organization.

Your profile

• Successfully completed studies in economics, business administration, finance, law, or related disciplines
• Strong knowledge of SFDR and EU Taxonomy regulations and their practical application.
• Excellent written and spoken English and strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with sustainable investing frameworks, such as PRI, TCFD, and SASB.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex ESG data.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
