The power generation industry has an important role to play in the global decarbonisation effort. We see ourselves as an enabler of this transition and therefore see the need to be proactive in the ESG compliance initiative.

We are looking for an ESG Manager who will expand our ESG efforts and build on existing initiatives by implementing the long-term CSR vision and driving the company to achieve our decarbonisation goals across our global organisation. Join us on this journey together!

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Develop and implement the company's sustainability strategy and objectives, acting as an ambassador who projects the vision into the company's DNA and ensures it is reflected in all decisions.
• Coordinate the preparation of the ESG report.
• Propose improvements in terms of availability, accuracy and automation of ESG data.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders.
• Developing action plans and policies to support the strategy and conducting regular reviews to assess results and effectiveness, evaluating defined KPIs.
• Keep abreast of relevant research and trends in focus areas and suggest best practice and innovative approaches.
• Work closely with the Marketing Communications team to develop a communications plan, both externally and internally, to drive internal engagement and promote a culture of sustainability to all employees globally through onboarding, training and events.
• Support global sales teams by providing them with training; materials or specific responses to ESG-related requests from our customers or partners.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate the following:

• Prior experience within a similar role, knowledge in CSR, orientation in environment protection and sustainability regulations.
• Strong experience in managing relationships, networks, and teams that include a diverse group of people from inside and outside the company.
• Proven effectiveness in driving complex multi-stakeholder processes and cross-team projects.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to select the right message and prepare concise communication materials, tailored to the audience.
• Enthusiastic about diving deep into the sustainability, constantly looking for best practice and keeping up to date with the latest trends.
