MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

In this ​role, you will be responsible for initial Business Development and Sales of CSI Batteries in the commercial segment within the EMEA region. Key focus will be to stay in close contact with commercial battery customers that are active in distribution as well as project development for commercial batteries. The Sales Manager is responsible to deliver the revenue for a previously define sales target based on the actual market conditions in EMEA countries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Business Development tasks for commercial battery products in EMEA for opening the market for newly developed CSI Battery products resulting in a potential sales pipeline
  • Sales of commercial battery product to predefined customers within set targets
  • Negotiate larger framework agreements with key distribution customers
  • Regular presence at trade fairs and customer-related events
  • Develop a solid knowledge of own and competitor Power Electronics product portfolios
  • Create and keep a strong collaboration with the Power Electronics Business Development Team and the Technical Service Team
  • Market monitoring, ability to make reliable forecasts
  • Oversee the market dynamics for storage systems and the correlated political environment in designated market segments.
  • Be an interface to order processing regarding supply, delivery, and payments

LANGUAGES

YOUR BACKPACK IS FILLED WITH

  • Deep technical background of Power Electronic Products (Inverters and of energy storage solutions)
  • Engineering studies preferred, alternatively business administration
  • WELL CONNECTED in the field of solar business with at least 3-5 years working experience
  • Experience with value selling and designing an account penetration strategy/plan
  • Familiar with the pursuing interests of the players in the different solar sectors
  • High proficiency of MS Office applications and SalesForce
  • Willingness to travel (appr. 25%)
