Main responsibilities

The Candidate will be hired in the Trading Area and will support the following activities of the Italian Desk:

• Daily market operations related to Italian Portfolio;
• Analysis of physical energy markets;
• Analysis of generation forecasts;
• Development and maintenance of trading strategies;
• Trading of environmental certificates;
• Daily Reporting activity of performance and results;
• Automatization of the trading processes;
• Development and evaluation of algo-trading rules;
• Creating trading strategies for batteries in the Italian Market.

Profile

• Quantitative/financial background;
• Excellent analytical skills;
• Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good skills in quant analysis;
• Knowledge of MATLAB and/or PYTHON programming languages is a plus.
