We are looking for a Green Power Analyst to enhance our renewable electricity certificate product and deliver content in your area of expertise to our customers. You will contribute the existing and develop new qualitative analytics on the renewable electricity markets with your focus on Europe and the United States.

If you have a strong academic background, hands-on experience working with renewable energy markets or other environmental product markets and preferably an analytical track record, then you are the person we are looking for.

You will join the Green Power analysis team where you will contribute with your expertise and talent, bringing forward your strengths and potential. You will report to the Lead Analyst Green Power.

Key responsibilities:

  • Combine your industry knowledge and network with our data and information to provide understandable and structured insight and analysis on relevant renewable electricity certificate topics to our customers and stakeholders;
  • Be a go-to point for our customers and the market community by providing analytical insights and market knowledge via our analysis platform;
  • Own the analytical outreach and show thought leadership by speaking to media, in conferences, and webinars;
  • Contribute to further product development within the scope of the Green Power market analysis, especially by enhancing our analytical competence on usage of green certificates for secondary electricity consumption by new type of consumers (H2 production, transport etc.);
  • Collaborate closely with the Greenfact quantitative analyst team to develop suitable modelling infrastructure and predictive analytics tools for the markets you cover and jointly source and analyze data on renewable electricity certificate markets;
  • Leverage our robust network of industry contacts, build strong client relationships, and actively seek out new sources of information;
  • Collaborate across functions and foster the sales nurturing process.

What we’re looking for:

  • Higher education within a relevant field of study such as economics, industrial engineering, or energy policy;
  • Work experience with green certificate markets for minimum of 3 years;
  • Intellectually curious and able to demonstrate structured problem solving and analytical skills;
  • Strong communication skills, being a team player and ability to operate in an environment that is both demanding and multicultural;
  • Willingness to travel regularly;
  • Having multilingual communications skills.
