For our client, a fast growing renewable energy developer and provider, who develops wind, solar, battery storage, and others, JLE-Solutions is looking for a: Head of Regulatory Affairs Wind Energy (m/v).

Job description

  • ​You are in charge of constructing the regulatory policy;
  • You play an active part in the decision making process with different governments;
  • You detect and prepare for policy changes;
  • You actively monitor political developments;
  • You construct and implement the public affairs strategy and translate this into concrete actions;
  • You follow-up national and international law activities;
  • You are in charge of representing our client in several lobby and other organizations;
  • You optimize the information and communication campaigns.

Your profile

  • You have a Master degree or equivalent by experience;
  • You’re native French or Dutch speaking; very good commands of English, oral & written;
  • You have a professional experience of minimum 5 years, preferably related to energy policy projects;
  • You have knowledge of stakeholder management and are a able to get the job done. This enables you to achieve the intended objectives in an increasingly fast-changing organization;
  • Strong political knowledge strong: you quickly understand the important (legal and political) parameters in complex projects and are able to optimize them;
  • Excellent representative and communication skills: you are approachable and amiable, can present convincingly and convey complex messages in a comprehensible and enthusiastic manner.
