Job Description Summary

In this role you will provide Site Manager duties alongside the Construction Project Manager as per business processes and ensure designated construction projects are completed to the required quality standard on time and within budget.

Job Description

• Oversee and supervise the construction and installation of solar PV projects and ensure compliance with safety procedures, quality standards, and project specifications.
• On site management
• Provide necessary updates to Project Management team
• Manage and coordinate the activities of construction and installation teams, including contractors and subcontractors
• Control and checking of materials and resources used on the construction sites, in relation to the contracts delivered by suppliers and contractors.
• Attending site meetings when required
• Conduct regular site inspections in relation to contractual obligations, local regulations and implement quality control measures to ensure workmanship meets specifications
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, site records, and safety records
• Coordination/Supervision of commissioning and performance test as well as acceptance tests

Key requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar position
• Ability to travel to the projects (located in Italy)
• Driver’s license required
• Proactive approach
• Good Communication and Relation skills
• English fluent written and spoken
