Renewables Value Chain Program Manager

Your main responsibilities will be:
- Driving and implementing renewables value chain development programs (both CAPEX and business developments). Ensure the completeness of business cases justifying each project, defines project charter, scope and high-quality definition of requirements. Develops and implements resource and project management plans;
- Establish and manage complex/multidisciplinary project teams to achieve objectives, on-time delivery of defined scope within budget;
- Actively contribute to the market development of the renewables value chain in strong cooperation with Fuels business unit;
- Act as primary contact for both internal and external stakeholders of the renewables development program, ensure transparent availability of information;
- Actively manage program/project risks, ensure that risk management and risk acceptance criteria are in place and defined risk response plans are elaborated and followed;
- Establish partnerships with 3rd party companies, professional institutions, which supports closing competency/market gaps and enable MOL Group to achieve its renewables related strategic ambitions;
- Represent the company in EU and member state level professional associations and in negotiations/applications of state and EU funds dedicated for renewables infrastructure developments.
The ideal candidate:
- Holds MSc in economics or engineering;
- Has strong Project Management experience, certification;
- Has good understanding of the renewables value chain, market and relevant regulatory knowledge;
- Has outstanding stakeholder management skills and customer oriented mindset;
- Has excellent verbal and written communication as well as strong presentation and organization skills;
- Has at least 10 years’ experience in managing complex value chains;
- Fluent in English.
