Mission
The Business Developer will be instrumental in developing RINA offering of an assigned services portfolio and/or within an assigned geographical coverage.
Job Responsibilities
Update the pipeline with new prospects to be followed up;
Support contract closing activities;
Support the development of ‘cross selling’ and mutual opportunities;
Track competitor activity and provide updates on competitor news and intelligence;
Collaborate with more experienced Business Development Managers to focus on new business and sales opportunities, client visits and management;
Work with the more experienced business development mangers to identify potential customer acquisition opportunities;
Engage with current and potential customers to discuss and understand their needs and requirements;
Contribute to customer satisfaction, repeat business and developing new markets;
Provide support on customer contracts, tenders and quotations.

What we are looking for
Bachelor's Degree;
Minimum 3 years of Sales or Project Management related experience, expertise in non-food certification would be a great advantage;
Client interaction skills: Demonstrated ability to work with customers, determine their requirements, secure additional business, define and assist in solving problems, and generally ensure their total satisfaction;
Excellent ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization;
Fluent in English;
Good knowledge of MS Office;
Team player and able to work very well independently;
