We are currently looking for a Development Manager for the German market to join our team as part of the Grid & Digital Solutions department in our M Power Projects division.

Your role will encompass:

• Work towards project opportunities and manage the development of grid/transmission system projects;
• Making sure project milestones are reached;
• Being able to report back on all aspects of projects to senior management;
• Looking out for risks which may come up during the development of these projects and being able to effectively report back on these;
• Be responsible for project delivery, and lead various internal professionals in design, technical analysis, financial and commercial modelling, legal DD and grid connection;
• Oversee relationships with project stakeholders, including developers, transmission distribution service operators, local councils and suppliers.

What you bring to the role:

• University degree;
• Market development experience;
• Strong experience with transmission and distribution system operations;
• Ability to support bids and negotiations for new projects;
• Experience working with a multinational company;
• Good teamwork and management skills;
• Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).
