Your responsibilities
- Manage project teams and coordinate the necessary activities towards the execution of assigned projects
- Establish, maintain, and manage a project schedule starting at late-stage development until execution closure with a focus on deviation analysis and its respective impacts towards the project
- Develop clear and precise work breakdown structures to efficiently reach expected project goals including lot definitions to support the tendering, RFI (Request for Information) and RFP (Request for Proposal) processes
- Ensure all acceptance criteria for each contractual scope has been met as per each contract’s terms
- Ensure that leadership is informed of any project risks, particularly with respect of impacts to project scope, finances, schedule, HSSEQ and possible inpact to any outside party
- Focus on continual improvement towards the process and way of working with a focus on implementation of digital systems and modern technologies to efficiently manage the construction and project management lifecycle
- Actively promote a safe way of working culture
- Report to the Head of Construction and Project Management in respect of scope, finances, schedule and HSSEQ of assigned projects
Your profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or other relevant degree
- 3-5 Years of professional experience in the management of large-scale and or multiple mid-sized local and international solar projects
- Basic understanding of Civil, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical concepts and drawings
- Experience managing teams, consultants, contractors, and suppliers
- Able to work independently, and as a team, while handling and prioritizing multiple tasks
- Advanced MS Project scheduling knowledge and techniques
- Fluent in written and spoken English (other European languages of our markets is a plus)
- Ability and willingness to travel
- Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) or International Project Management Association (IPMA) Certification
- Preferred: Strong understanding of the principles contained within Lean, Agile and Waterfall management including their respective strengths and weaknesses
