Mission
RINA Consulting is looking for a Renewable Energy (Wind) Consultant keen to develop a career in consultancy, providing Owners and Independent Engineering for renewable energy projects within the EMEA region.
Job Responsibilities
You will be expected to travel approximately 10% of your time. Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing resource, technology, structural studies, electrical design, contractual documentation, environmental studies, permitting, health & safety reports, grid offers and connection agreements;
- Project management, proactively communicating with clients, the internal team and stakeholders to deliver client requirements;
- Supporting the preparation of proposals and reports;
- Supporting the preparation and management of tendering, negotiation and selection of contractors and key component provider, BoP, O&M, or EPC contracts and planning condition discharging;
- Conducting site visits and supporting the production of reports.
Experience
- An engineering (electrical is a plus) degree or equivalent qualification is essential;
- Previous over 5 years renewable energy experience in wind is essential;
- Previous experience working for a Consultancy would be beneficial;
- Excellent level of written and spoken Italian and English is essential.
