The Wind planner coordinates all subcontractors' planning and communicates closely with the optimisation department. He/she ensures the good tracking and follow up the various tools.
The Wind planner works closely with the monitoring department and will ensure that events are correctly integrated in the data systems.
The Wind planner detects and analyses technical deviations on the wind turbines and reports to the asset managers so that they can take corrective action.
The Wind planner will also be entrusted with cross-functional projects to support the local teams and to improve the functionality of our wind turbines.
Tasks
Coordinate all planning from contractors and internals.
Analyze losses, update the planning tools and the availability planner.
Collaboration with internal teams and external contractors
Analyze and monitor the technical allocations and affect correctly in Bazefield (our monitoring tool) if needed
Close collaboration with Bazefield team in order to improve the automatic allocations, further improving the data quality
Report analysis on weekly and monthly based
Monitor the technical performance of the wind turbines
Reference person for site access control and coordinate communication issues on site
Upkeep of the access control data base and contractor registrations
Tracking and upkeep of safety warnings, integrated in the access control system
Coordinator for the upkeep and maintenance of our tools and safety equipment
