Your role:

As part of the OMV strategy 2030 we aim to become a leading supplier of sustainable fuels, chemicals and materials. One example on how we are reinventing ourselves to build more sustainable products are Sustainable Aviation Fuels (SAF). For this reason this position comes with the huge potential to make your mark on our business. The dynamic airline industry changes quickly so that we are constantly evolving and finding new ways to impress our customers and get ahead of our competitors. Are you an innovator who is ready to drive change?

  • Drive and further grow profitable sales of OMV Aviation with airline customers in existing OMV markets;
  • Identify and drive new business opportunities for OMV Aviation including SAF in line with OMV strategy 2030;
  • Manage aviation key accounts, build, maintain and develop long-term partnerships with B2B customers;
  • Lead large and complex negotiations with B2B customers and handle related tender documentation and contracts (including management of credit exposure);
  • Plan, deliver and monitor volume and margin targets of all aviation customer segments (conventional Jet and SAF business);
  • Execute tactics to drive near term demand and measure structural strategies and initiatives;
  • Work in close partnership with Supply and Logistics to leverage supply opportunities into targeted markets;
  • Constant monitoring and improvement of processes and operational efficiency.

Your profile:

  • University Degree Master/Diploma in Business or Sales or similar;
  • Minimum of 9 years relevant experience in B2B Key Account Management of fuels, aviation or in general in the energy sector;
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to influence at both junior and senior levels;
  • Customer- and performance-orientated personality;
  • Experience in execution of strategic plans covering both short-term and long-term business needs;
  • Proven track record of negotiation of complex contracts;
  • Ability to anticipate and react quickly to changing complex market dynamics;
  • Fluent in English, professional level of one or more of the following languages of advantage: German, Romanian, Czech, Hungarian and Slovak;
  • Willingness to travel locally and internationally.
